At Dale, Streiman and Kurz LLP, we strive to provide the best possible
service at an affordable price. We offer two service level packages for your
real estate transaction: Gold and Silver.

The Gold package is an all inclusive service package which covers virtually any service you may require in your real estate transaction. As an added bonus for ordering the Gold package, we include a power of attorney for property at no additional charge.

The Silver package is our less expensive, reduced service package for those
clients where cost is a major concern. Should you require any of the services
not included in the package, additional charges will apply as set out below.

Initial Meeting with cost/revenue estimate We meet with you and provide you with a written estimate of the total amount required to complete the transaction
Review of Agreement We review the Agreement with you and point out any issues of concern
