Practice Description:
Amanda’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law including custody, access, child and spousal support, divorce, domestic contracts ranging from marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements, and property related issues. Amanda also practices estates including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney for property and personal care. Amanda has experience representing applicants for guardianship orders of incapable persons under the Substitute Decisions Act.
